By ferry
Your trip to Samos can be with a conventional ferry boat
or by high-speed depending on the day, the time and the ferry company you wish
to travel with.
Ferries leave from the port of Piraeus. Karlovassi is the first port of Samos,
where the ferries stop. Next stop and final destination is the port of Samos
(Samos town is the capital of Samos).
If you select to visit Samos with the conventional ferry, your trip will take
about 10-12 hours while with a high-speed ferry 6.30-7.30 hours depending on how
many ports the ferry will call at on the way.

By plane
There are direct charter flights to Samos from many European
cities.
From Athens there are flights every day (duration: 35'-45'). For more information

From the airport to Karlovassi
The Samos International Airport "Aristarchos of Samos" is
located near Pythagorion. Taxis are available outside the Arrival Terminal of
Samos International Airport.
